I'm Andy (37M) — grew up in Chicago, went to CU, and work as an engineer. I take pride in keeping a comfortable, well-maintained home and value a harmonious living space. I handle any issues with open, honest communication. I'm vegetarian but absolutely don't judge — cook whatever you like.

When I'm not working, I'm probably snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, or tinkering with cars. I'm into movies, video games, cooking, and the outdoors. I'm a handy guy — if you need an oil change or something fixed, I'm happy to take a crack at it. LGBTQ+ friendly.
