You would only share the kitchen and living area with me, while the front entrance and laundry will be shared with two others, as I also rent out my basement apartment.

**Pets:** negotiable if your pet doesn't shed. Only one more pet allowed since renter in basement has a golden retriever.  No pet fee.

**Location:** Just 1 mile from Iliff and I-225, you'll be very close to the DTC, Anschutz Medical Campus, Medical Center of Aurora, Buckley Air Force Base, and much more! With the Iliff and Nine Mile Light Rail Stations nearby, getting around is easy. If you love the outdoors, you'll enjoy Utah Park and Cherry Creek State Park, both just a short distance away. Additionally, the Westerly Creek Trail is next to the community. Plus, you'll find plenty of shopping and dining options nearby!
