The house is shared with the owner and other residents. Single occupancy only. Owner has a large friendly dog who may bark when people arrive but is kept controlled/separated as needed. No tenant pets.
Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking inside bedrooms or common areas.
Lease terms are flexible, ideally starting around 3-5 months, with the option to renew if it is a good fit.
