Beautiful, fully furnished, loft-style condo. Located near 12th Ave. and Cherokee, it is within a block and a half from the Denver Art Museum. The condo is a 2-bed, 2-bath and has a queen bed in the guest room and a king bed in the master bedroom. A corner unit located on the fourth floor with deck. Building has an elevator.
There are two assigned parking spaces available - one in the garage and one outside in the secure parking area. No pets. No smoking. No parties. Two person maximum.
Rent includes electricity, gas, water, sewer and wifi. Washer/dryer in unit. Heat and air conditioning. It is important to note up front that this unit is fully furnished, therefore, it will be rented "as is." Please don't ask for any furniture to be removed, or for you to add your own furniture, or to move any of the existing furniture around. Of course, your clothes and personal items and sporting gear, such as bicycles, are welcome.
