Exceptionally clean and well maintained. conveniently located on bus... line, close to 225 ramp and easy commute to Anschutz campus. Laundry is negotiable. No pets of ANY kind. No smoking of any kind.
This is for a professional, quiet/ clean person as I am the same. There is a Large screen TV, kitchen table and small couch provided for your use if needed but is not replaced if broken.
