Private, single basement bedroom with walk-in closet and attached full bath. Includes access to shared amenities like the basement living room, pool table, basement kitchenette, upstairs full kitchen, laundry room, outdoor deck, fenced back yard,... limited access to storage room.
The owners are a couple that lives on the upper floor (Age 27 & 28) and are alumni of DU and MSU. The owners have 2 cats. One roommate lives in the basement, also with their own private room and bathroom. The home was built in 2019 and the basement was finished in 2021.
One parking spot on the drive way is available (first come, first serve), as well as free street parking.
Listed room does not come furnished, and some furniture may be removed from the shared amenity photos. Room is deep-cleaned by the property owner before new roommates arrive.
