Hello... I am looking for ONLY ONE student roommate to share my furnished (or unfurnished) 3-bedroom home near 13th and Quitman Street...A great location near campus and also on the Light Rail. You get the entire front of the house. TWO rooms (Bedroom & Office) and the front living room to us as you like. Any furniture/foosball table etc. can be removed if you want to bring in your own furniture. Smart TV will be provided for the front living room if you prefer to have one. We would share the connecting kitchen and the bathroom. I have a bedroom and living room on the other side of the kitchen/bathroom (back of the house). The house is owned by my parents. I have lived here for a year so far and haven't had any issues with crime, etc. It is only a 1 1/2 blocks to the Perry Light Rail Station and close to the Colfax redevelopment & Sloans Lake. Both areas have tons of great places to eat, hang out, etc. Inside the home is bright, clean, and airy. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, laminate (faux hardwood) flooring, and tile in the bathroom and custom shower. The fenced-in front yard is lined with privacy trees and bushes on each side, a lawn, and a shade tree. The privately fenced-in backyard features a back porch, a large paver patio, lawn, raised garden bed, grill, patio chairs, tables, and a separate private parking area that can be accessed through the back ally gate. If you think this sounds like a good fit, please contact me. $1200 for the 2 front bedrooms and living room (includes all utilities: WiFi, electricity, water, trash, etc...) The lease is flexible and can move out when school is out if you want. *No "cigarette" smokers or pets, please. I was born and raised in Arvada, CO. This will be my second year studying computer science. My Roomsurf profile may say I go to CU Denver because I am searching all Auraria Campus databases for a roommate. But, I do go to MSU. Some of my hobbies are basketball, Spikeball, fishing, video gaming, and listening to music. I enjoy hanging out with friends, but also like downtime to chill.
