Rent is 750 per month with 600 security deposit. We are pet friendly and so Pets are welcomed if they get along with the pets already on site. There is an additional pet deposit of $200 that is completely refundable at the end... of your stay. There is no pet rent. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room, back yard, front yard, and 2 bathrooms. These areas are shared by other roomates. The Property is looked after by one of the tenants on site Utilities included High speed internet (gig service) Water, sewer, and trash Gas Electricity Renters insurance is required and will be checked periodically.
