Our top floor 2 Bed / 1 Bath Pendleton Square condo in north-central Boulder is available now for a 1-year lease. No pets or smoking (of any substance) are allowed in the unit or on the balcony. The unit faces the trees in the interior of the complex... , rather than the parking lots. Vaulted ceilings in the living room.

Monthly rent is $1750 plus a $2500 security deposit due at lease signing. Applicants will need to pass a credit, past landlord reference, and background check. Please contact us if you would like the link for a walk-through video that one of our tenants made.

The Pendleton Square complex has a swimming pool, and the unit includes one assigned parking spot.
