This is a spacious basement room with natural light on a quiet, tree-lined street. It features a private bathroom and a shared laundry area. On the top floor live... 2 friendly adults and a somewhat aloof cat. The kitchen is shared among us (minus the cat, who does not have access). The back door entrance leads to the basement stairway, allowing for more privacy. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house, and you have access to a large, grassy backyard.
We are one block from Edgewater's vibrant main street and within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and live music venues, public transportation, the Edgewater Recreation Center, and Sloans Lake.
