Lovely One Bedroom Apartment - Conveniently Located!

This Awesome building was built in 1939 as one of the first Apartment communities in Denver. It continues the 1930's charm throughout the entire building! You will find original hard wood floors, cut glass door knobs, arched door ways, plaster walls,... old-school tiling in the bathroom and really neat original motif tiles on the window sills. This spacious apartment is on the top level so you can see the beautiful mature trees that surround the area. Best of all, no one is stomping around above you.

The owners have restored the hard wood floors, doors and trim through out the hallways in the building. This one has been re painted a perfect neutral grey to compliment any decor. Each apartment is cable ready for your much needed internet. The kitchen is updated with modern appliances such as a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer. Speaking of kitchens, this one is super quaint with a huge window to bring in that natural light and enough space for your bistro table and chairs.

The radiators in this little cutie will keep you nice and warm in the cold winters ( rent includes water, trash, sewer and heat ). The conveniently located laundry room is a few flights down the stairs. We also have great storage places for any overflow stuff you may have for $25 a month.

The community yards are fenced and there is parking behind the building. The neighborhood is a stones throw from City Park, Golf Course's, Museums, The Botanical Gardens, The Zoo, restaurants, shopping, and that all important public transportation! Apartments in this building don't come up often and don't stick around long either. You really can't beat the price for the history, charm and location, location, location!

Dogs and cats are accepted with references and $300 deposit, and NO PET RENT!!
