This space is perfect for a student wanting to live off campus. About the space: Located at the crossroads of Lincoln and Alameda, this apartment is in the heart of a hotbed of restaurants, grocery stores, and so many leisure activities all within walking distance. There is a bus stop directly across from the building, so having no car is not an obstacle. Parking is available for a low, one-time cost in the form of a residential permit. This unit does have air conditioning, and radiators for heating, and the cost of water is included in the rent price of $1,300. There is an included washer/dryer right outside of this unit, and no additional charge for using it, though there is an assigned laundry day for each unit and two all-unit days that they can be used first come first serve. There will be a deposit charge of $800 that will be refunded to you upon vacating the unit and post assessing the condition of the unit and included furnishings are left in the same condition it was given to you in.
