About the Space
We’re looking for new housemates to join our queer and trans affirming household in Denver’s Capitol Hill/City Park West neighborhood. This is a safe,... creative space built on mutual respect and community care.
We’re currently structured as affordable rental housing, and we’re actively working toward a cooperative model with shared equity. It’s a long-term vision we’re building together, one step at a time.

Available Rooms (3 openings!)
​1.​Main bedroom: Sun-drenched 2nd-floor room with two large windows and street views—beautiful natural light, perfect for writing, reading, or recharging
​2.​Small bedroom: Cozy 2nd-floor room, great for someone who values simplicity
​3.​Attic space: Medium-sized room plus smaller room with separate door—ideal for couples, or use the second room as studio/meditation/office space. Couples interested in renting out the space would pay $1000 per month. Solo folks have the option of renting out one room for $675.

The House
Shared spaces:
​•​Living room, full kitchen with dishwasher
​•​Front porch, back patio, backyard garden
​•​Basement (great third space for studying or creating)
​•​Washer/Dryer
​•​All three bathrooms
What we’re about:
​•​Weekly house meetings and shared accountability
​•​Active garden with corn, eggplant, perennials—help us continue rewilding our urban space
​•​Spanish immersion encouraged (not required)
​•​Community-oriented, justice-minded living
Note: There’s currently one house cat, so we’re not accepting more pets currently. This may change in a couple of months as the cat’s owner is moving out.

Rent Details
Monthly rent: $675 - $800 (tiered based on occupancy—the more rooms filled, the lower everyone’s rent) Utilities: Split among housemates (gas, electric, water, internet, trash)
Security deposit: $675

This house may not be the right fit if you:

​•​Aren’t available for regular house communication and meetings
​•​Need a space that’s fully pet-friendly right now
