Tower Studio Apartment at Assembly for ReLet

This is a studio apartment in the Assembly Student Living Tower at 3900 Elati St. Denver, CO 80216. I graduated this December, but my 12 month lease ends in July 2026. I am looking for someone to "ReLet" the apartment. This means that you will apply... and obtain a lease for the last 6 months of lease duration. To qualify, you must be a registered student at any institution and between the ages of 18 and 35 and must have a Guarantor who is at least 30 years old and pass a credit check. I will pay the non-refundable $200 fee for you. There is no other deposit. You can move in as early as January 5th, as long as your application is approved.

The Assembly Student Living facility is amazing. There are communal spaces, meeting rooms, study rooms, tables, games, TVs, a store with food menu, and a large gym for workouts--all in the facility. The studio apartment is in the tower with a great view that spans downtown and north of downtown--its awesome at night.

The current rent is $975/month, or I will credit your account so that you get a lower monthly rent if there is a special at the time you complete the "ReLet" agreement. Currently the special rate is $875/month. It is a couple of blocks from the train station and very close to the Auraria Campus. The are students here from MSU, UCD, CCD, RMCAD, Regis, and others. I've been here for 4 years and it is great.
